If you need to change the address you supplied to receive the payment for your tokens please email [email protected] or submit a support ticket using the email address you use to login to your wallet. 

Please include: 

  1. For security reasons we require identity verification so please send a photo of you holding the document you used to complete your KYC when you signed up, and a note with the current date.  Please make sure the text is readable and not mirrored, thank you!
  2. The original wallet address that you added.
  3. The new address you want it changed to.
