Do I need to login to access the wallet support & are the login details the same as my wallet login details?

The only time you need to sign as a user in our FAQ system is if you wish to view or add to your support ticket through the portal. You need to sign up separately for the support system and won't automatically have an account.
http://walletsupport.uulala.io/support/ is a public URL. If you don't have a support request there is no need to register. Also, all support requests can be responded to via email without ever registering if preferred.
When signing up we recommend using different login information to what you have chosen for your wallet.
